The Annual Financial Aid Workshop

The annual Financial Aid Workshop will be held this year on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 in the high school cafeteria on the campus of Sublette High School. It will start promptly @ 7:00 p.m.
Even if you don't think you will qualify for grants, you could still qualify for loans and work study. It is recommended that everyone fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Assistance (FAFSA) as your status could/might change along the way.
Even though this meeting is for seniors and their parents, I would personally like to invite juniors and their parents. Attending the meeting would be a perfect opportunity to get a "jump start" on the next school year and learn about the FAFSA and other financial aid possibilities that will be available to you and your child.
This meeting is being conducted by Sublette High School Counseling Dept. and the Garden City Community College Financial Aid Office.
